LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – Decorated with hearts full of gratitude and smiles that seem to never get old, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 inaugurated the newly constructed and renovated buildings on July 19, 2019.
Present during the event were Alfredo S. Aton - ATI Director IV, Nestor S. Burgos – Regional Technical Director III for Special Concerns of Department of Agriculture Caraga Region, Pierre Anthony D. Joven – Butuan City Agriculturist, representatives from Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice), Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation, Learning Site Cooperators, and former ATI employees.
In his message, Dir. Aton emphasized the importance of working together and cooperation inside an organization such as the ATI. He encouraged all to avoid factions instead, strengthen the bond between the employees to have a cheerful working environment. This atmosphere would lead to a better relationship among employees and citizen-customers through excellent extension services of the institute.
