LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – In support to the Department of Agriculture mandates in empowering People’s Organization (PO), the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 will hold the Capability Enhancement Training for Pambansang Mannalon, Mag-uuma, Magbabaul at Magsasaka ng Pilipinas (P4MP) on July 17-19, 2019.

The P4MP is a national federation aimed to institutionalize and strengthen the village level organization of farmers and fisherfolk for stronger linkages of POs and non-government organizations (NGOs).

This three-day activity aims to enhance the skills and attitude of the 30 P4MP provincial and city level officers in Caraga region which is expected to participate. Further, this will help them manage their club to prepare them for greater responsibilities in the future.
