ATI-RTC 13 evaluates mid-year performance

LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – To evaluate the institute’s performance for the first semester of 2019, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 conducts a 5-day Mid-Year Assessment and Management Operations Review which started last Monday, July 1, 2019. The activity is influenced by the mandates and directions of the institute.

Nena L. Lomuntad, Head of the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit (PMEU) conveyed the rationale of the activity. She also shared the key elements in achieving success in every organization. These include ideas, planning, strategy, analysis, innovation, and teamwork.

Teovelita Rodriquez, Planning and Evaluation Officer I, reported the actual physical accomplishments versus the targets of different banner programs. Catch-up plans for targets not accomplished in the previous semester were also prepared. Focal persons also presented the schedule of conduct of the upcoming activities until December.

Issues and concerns relative to the operation were also collected as input during the Management Operations Review on the 3rd day of the assessment.

The last two days of the activity will be allotted for an expository tour to various Learning Sites for Agriculture (LSA) in Agusan del Sur and Agusan del Norte.
