LOS ANGELES, Butuan City- The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 recently conducts the first Management Operations Review for 2019. This is to monitor issues and concerns along with its possible solutions in harmonization with the Center’s objective.
Senior Agriculturist Heracleo A. Paler presides the said activity on July 3, 2019 at the Center’s Training Hall. He reminds everyone to prepare the corresponding documents and other pertinent requirements especially for the coming 3rd Party Surveillance Audit on October.
The inputs for the management review includes minutes of the previous management review, external and internal issues relevant to Quality Management Standard (QMS), quality performance and effectiveness (customer satisfaction and feedback, quality objectives, Internal Quality Audit (IQA) results, supplier’s evaluation) and adequacy of resources. Risk and opportunities as well as the Opportunity for Improvement (OFI) also comprise in the said review.
Moreover, Engr. Matt Andrew G. Baquiano, Training Specialist II and member of the IQA team of ATI-RTC 13 discusses ISO 9001:2015 Audit observations and corrective actions (2015-2019). Baquiano also presents the general recommendations. These are the following; Process owner must refer to QMS manual, risk assessment should be reviewed, evaluated, validated and updated frequently. Issued Request for Action (RFA) must be addressed efficiently and effectively.
This activity is in preparation for the scheduled Technical Guidance on September 9-11, 2019. Readiness Assessment on September 25-27, 2019. TUV-SUD 3rd Party Surveillance Audit on October 11, 2019.
