The Agricultural Training Institute-RTC XIII (ATI-Caraga) conducted its 1st Management Review 2017 last June 30, 2017 at the ATI office, Brgy. Los Angeles, Butuan City. During his welcome address, Robert T. Poculan Jr., reiterated the importance of such review especially that the assessment team from the ATI Central Office has found out various nonconformance findings of the center that needs immediate action.

Several topics were discussed by key personnel. Among them were: Presentation of Quality Objectives (Nena L. Lomuntad, Planning Officer II), Presentation of Corrective Action Requests Issued (Matt Andrew G. Bacquiano, TS I), Internal Quality Audit Results & Preventive Action Plan (Heracleo A. Paler, Senior Agriculturist), Financial Performance (Aurea Janine P. Abucay, Budget Officer and Francis H. Iriarte, Accounting Staff), Staff Development (Remedios C. Amilao, AO IV/HR Officer), Evaluation Results (Florita A. Garcia, DMO I and Ligaya M. Antiola, Admin. Officer II), and Other Matters (Remedios C. Amilao, AO IV/HR Officer).
