BRGY. LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) XIII Livestock Program will provide starter kits to Barangay Animal Health Workers (BAHWs) in the region.

The said kit is composed of surgical blade, surgical scissor, curved forceps, betadine, tackle box, and fiberglass syringe. This is intended for the participants of the five batches of BAHWs’ training that number more than 120 farmers.

“Although there are limitations for face-to-face activities as per government’s health protocol, we will make use of other mechanisms to make sure that we give quality extension services. We will give demonstration or lecture inputs first to our BAHWs and then hand over the starter kits,” said Livestock Point Person Florita G. Lozada, Development Management Officer I.
