Multi-awarded Photojournalist Erwin M. Mascarinas served as the Resource Person. He discusses the basics of photography in the first day of training on Photography and Vlogging on June 22, 2021.
BUTUAN CITY- The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 recently conducted the first day of Training on Photography and Vlogging on June 22, 2021 and will culminate on June 25 this year.
Dubbed as “It’s in the Click”, the said training aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills of the participants in getting good photos and stories. This will also help the Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) in documenting various projects and programs specifically to their respective Farmers Information and Technology Services (FITS) Center.
More than 20 participants joined in the said training comprising Information Service Specialist (ISS) from the different FITS Centers in Region 13.
Moreover, ATI-Caraga Center Director Samuel L. Calonzo thanked everyone and to their respective Local Government Units (LGUs) for their support exerted to the training with their presence during the opening program. On the other hand, Fil Victor Babanto, Chief of the Information Services Section (ISS) of ATI-Caraga presented the overview of the training within four days.
A multi-awarded Photojournalist Erwin M. Mascarinas served as the Resource Person during the training. For four days, he will be discussing on the basics of photography and journalism. There will be various field, workshop and hands-on activities on the following days. Good photos and vlogs were among the expected outputs from this training.
“Photojournalism is reporting with the camera which conveys emotions and solicits action.” Erwin Mascarinas said.
Said training is funded by the Information Services Division of the ATI Central Office with Fil Victor A. Babanto as Project Officer together with the ISS staff as one team.
