BUTUAN CITY, Agusan del Norte – In its effort to comply with the requirements of the International Standards Organization (ISO), the Agricultural Training Institute Regional Training Center XIII (ATI-RTC XIII) conducted an ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Review on May 7-8, 2018 at Hotel Luciana, Butuan City.
Heracleo A. Paler, Sr. Agriculturist of ATI-RTC XIII, delivered the overview of the activity and clarified that employees and staff have to revise their previous outputs in consonance with ISO requirements and agreements made at the ATI-Central Office.
During the workshop, the group were divided by section/unit. Participants filled out the Context of the Organization (COTO) by identifying problems, internal and external factors, risks and opportunities. Each section/unit then presented their group output for critiquing and further improvement. The final output will be used on September 2018 during the ISO surveillance audit.
