CABADBARAN CITY, Agusan del Norte – Guided by its goal to capacitate the youth with good Leadership Skills and attitude towards organizational management, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 empowered the 4-H Youth through its three-day Capability Enhancement Batch 2 Activity on April 10-12, 2019.
There were 26 4-Hers from Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte participated in the said activity.
Topics on transformational leadership and visioning was discussed by Dr. Victor Emmanuel Ozarraga where he highlighted that transformational leadership influences other people’s lives positively and that while doing it, one’s life will be transformed. Mr. Roka Unichu Camacho discussed the importance of financial management in any points of life whether it be in an organization or for personal development.
The activity was highlighted by the election of 4-H Club Las Nieves Federation Officers. The formulation of the Mission Statement and six-year goals were done during the second day.
“It helped the participants realized their full-potential and enables the 4-H members to become more participative and productive in a holistic approach, for nation building,” said Alvier Remollo, one of the participants.
