Two young farmers from Caraga to participate Taiwan Internship program

LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – In preparation for the Pre-Departure Orientation Course (PDOC) of the qualified interns for the Filipino Young Farmers Internship Program in Taiwan, the ATI will conduct a virtual orientation via Google Meet on April 8, 2021.

The activity aims to discuss the details of the PDOC, present the schedules and timeline, and provide other updates and instructions to the interns.

Mr. Rendale E. Ragas of Sanghan, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte and Mr. Reueljan B. Carrillo of Los Angeles, Butuan City are among the 50 qualified and accepted interns throughout the country who will proceed to the PDOC starting May 17-19, 2021.

The interns shall also undergo the Mandarin online classes which will commence on April 9, 2021 until May 10, 2021.

The 11-month internship which is scheduled for the second week of June is a partnership with the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) which aims to provide future youth leaders with technical knowledge and skills in agricultural and cooperative management.
