4-H Youth equip on Good Organizational Management

ROSARIO, Agusan del Sur – Moving towards effective management and operation within youth organizations, a Capability Enhancement for 4-H Club Members was conducted by the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 last March 13-15, 2019.

There were 31 youth who actively participated in the said activity.

This is to prepare 4-H Club members for greater responsibilities in their organization especially in planning, implementation, and performance evaluation. It also aimed to enhance productivity and self-reliance on what they could do for their community.

Topics on transformational leadership was discussed by Dr. Emmanuel Ozarraga where partakers were made to identify their core values in life as a reference of their leadership style. Mr. Matt Andrew Baquiano lectured on the topic towards Visioning: Changing Farming Perspective and Attitude.

Moreover, Mr. Roka Unichu Camacho talked on Financial Literacy where he encouraged the 4-Hers to handle their assets, savings, investments, and expenses.

“It inspired me to engage and embrace agricultural farming which will help our lives, our family and our community,” said Mr. Alberto Picot Jr., a 4-H Club Member.
