CARMEN, Agusan del Norte- The Local Government Unit of Carmen, Agusan del Norte received Information and Communications Technology (ICT) equipment from the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13.
The said equipment is in support to the Farmers’ Information and Technology Services (FITS) Center of Carmen being one of the enhanced FITS center in the region.

This project is part of the Techno Gabay Program (TGP) of the ATI to help LGUs served more farmers and fishers to have easy access on updated agricultural technologies and information through its FITS center.
