The LGU of Alegria, Surigao del Norte, led by its mayor Hon. Rene G. Esma, gladly received food packs from ATI-RTC 13 headed by OIC Center Director Fil Victor A. Babanto. The food packs will be given to victims of Super Typhoon Odette. The charitable activity is part of ATI's 35th Anniversary celebration.
ALEGRIA, Surigao del Norte – In line with the 35th Founding Anniversary celebration of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), the Regional Training Center in Caraga Region (ATI-RTC 13) headed by its OIC Center Director Fil Victor A. Babanto donated dozens of food packs to victims of Super Typhoon Odette in the town of Alegria last January 27, 2022.
The said donation was turned over to Alegria Mayor Rene G. Esma who expressed his thanks for choosing his town to be the recipient of the said food packs. More than thirty staff of ATI-RTC 13 were present to witness the turn-over ceremony which was also attended by Municipal Agriculturist Raul Micompal, the Municipal Social Welfare Officer, and local government staff of Alegria.
