ATI-RTC 13 assesses 2018 Center activities, strategize for 2019 programs

Samuel L. Calonzo, OIC-Center Director, stressed during his message for all ATI staff to give their best in their work for it affects the achievement of the Center and client satisfaction.

SURIGAO CITY – As a process of verification and to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program, projects, and activities implemented in 2018, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 held its 2018 Year-end Performance Management Operations Review at Mt. Bagarabon Beach Resort and Hotel, Surigao City on January 9-11, 2019.

Samuel L. Calonzo, OIC-Center Director, congratulated all staff for achieving the goals of the Center. He encouraged all to expand their horizon and work outside their comfort zone because the demand of work needs one to double time. He added that one should strive to learn in order to take the right steps in conducting the various activities the right way and at the right time.

Nena L. Lomuntad, Planning Officer, explained that the purpose of the activity is to evaluate whether the Center had achieved its goal or not. The assessment was highlighted with the presentation of 2018 accomplishments, ISO Concerns, the scheduling of 2019 trainings and Learning Site Visit to JB Nature Farm located at Sukailang, Surigao City.
