LOS ANGELES, Butuan City - Last March 8 marked the celebration of International Women’s Day. With the theme: Juana Laban sa Pandemya: Kaya!, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center 13 (ATI-Caraga) lined up several activities to commemorate the plight and importance of women in society.
