LEYTE – The Magsasaka Siyentista (MS) as the umbrella organization among the other Rural-Based Organizations (RBO) of the Agricultural Training Institute complements the Farmers Information and Technology Services (FITS) centers in sharing the knowledge on the successful application of science-based farming practices under the Techno-Gabay Program (TGP).
