LOS ANGELES, Butuan City- The Agricultural Training Institute- Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 conducted a one-day stakeholders’ consultation on February 26, 2018.

This was participated by 60 participants comprising Provincial and Municipal Corn and Cassava Focal persons, farmers and personnel from the Department of Agriculture (DA) - Caraga.
