CANTILAN, Surigao del Sur - The Local Government of Cantilan commences “Rice Model Farm Season-long Training on Rice Production” on May 22, 2020. Said training is an initiative towards increasing farmer's yield per hectare through the introduction of community - based interventions (CBI’s) such as capacity enhancement and skills development activities for the rice farmers.
