PATIN-AY, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur- The Academic Technology Integration – Education Program (ATI-EP) implemented by the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 which started last December 12, 2017 had culminated on June 27, 2018 with 20 Out-of-School Youth (OSY) graduates from the five provinces of Caraga region.
