ATI-X is now ISO-Certified by TUV-SUD

Pili, Camarines Sur---Since its 3rd Party Audit on January 11, 2019 by TUV-SUD auditors which resulted with zero Non-conformities (NCs) and only 14 Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs), the ATI-RTC X through OIC-Center Director Maria Lydia A. Echavez finally received the ISO Certificate in a Ceremonial Turnover led by ATI National Director Alfredo S. Aton and OIC-Deputy Director Abdul I. Daya-an.

The ISO 9001:2015 is an International quality management system standard. Presently, there are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001.

The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.

On the other hand, the 3rd party auditor, TUV-SUD is a global company who has a comprehensive portfolio of testing, certification, auditing and advisory services.

ATI-RTC X is one of the nine centers in the network that has undergone 3rd Party Audit for the first time. The first six centers and the Central Office were already Certified ISO 9001:2015 Certified by TUV-SUD. Also present during the turnover ceremony are the center directors of the new ISO-certified centers from Regions I, XI, III, 4A, V, IX, and 4B.

The giving of ISO certificates transpired during the 2019 Midyear Performance Review and Planning Workshop held at ATI-RTC V in San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.
