TUBOD, Lanao del Norte─the means, end , and the lessons learned were evaluated, and discussed during the Third Program Assessment of the Tier 2 Extension Support to poorest municipalities in Lanao del Norte.

Participating in the activity were Agriculture Technicians (AT) who headed the implementation of the activity in their respective municipality. The participating LGUs were the following municipalities, to wit: Bacolod, Kauswagan, PAO-Lanao del Norte, Lala, Poona Piagapo, Sapad, Baroy and Kapatagan.

The assessment was focused on deliberating the output and outcomes of the projects conducted by the Local Government Units (LGU) as partners of ATI in the implementation of the Tier II program.

Participants also shared learning, practices, and strategies, especially on their approaches to the complex procurement process given the volume of farm inputs, and other farm support requested by their recipients.

The activity was an avenue to confer and settle disagreements, issues and concerns of LGU partners and ATI-RTC X.

The center aims to accomplish the distribution of farm support to the municipalities before the year-end.

The said assessment was held on October 12, 2018 at the Farmers Training Center, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
