ATI Compound, El Salvador City---The ATI-RTC X management and staff had its Third Party Re-Certification Audit on Tuesday November 10. Lead Auditor Michelle Geli along with Ms. Rachel Manalo and Mr. Charlie Labrador declared yesterday via teleconference that the center is still ISO compliant. This means that the requirements of the standard of ISO 9001:2015 has been satisfied.

As discussed by Ms. Geli, the audit result is meant to identify areas for potential improvement of the management system programs and to maintain compliance of the developed, implemented and sustained management system requirement of the ISO 9001:2015.

Conducted via teleconference, six sections underwent for the assessment employing methodology such as interviews and open discussions, random samplings, checking of documents and records, observance of project and program implementation, trailing and notes-taking.

Center Director Maria Lydia A. Echavez in her short message, lauded the entire management and staff for garnering a successful audit result. "Success is preparation with action and prayers. Let this be a reminder and constant lesson for us to be pro-active in terms of implementing quality standards and procedures", she stressed after the declaration of audit result.

The ISO 9001:2015 is an International quality management system standard. Presently, there are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001. The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
