ATI awards Farm Enhancement Assistance to RCEF-LSAs

The Agricultural Training Institute RTC X Ceremonial Awarding of Financial Assistance for the Enhancement of RCEF-LSA took place on the 1st day of the Farm Business School Training on October 19, 2020 held at the Harbor Lights Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.
RCEF-LSA partners received their financial assistance for the continual improvement of their farms especially that all of them are conducting Enhanced Farmer Field Schools on the Production of High Quality Inbred Rice, Seed Certification, and Farm Mechanization in support to RCEF-Rice Extension Service Program (RESP).
The Learning Site Partners given assistance were: Imelda P. Mendoza of Imelda’s Diversified Farm, April Malatamban of Anpas Farm, Wilmar Ompoc of Luis-Sessay Heritage Farm, and Rodulfo Caballero of LRC Diversified Farm. The ATI-RTCX staffs who handed the assistance were headed by Maria Lydia A. Echavez, OIC-Center Director, Noemi Beth G. Macario, OIC-Asst. Center Director, Efren B. Macario, Admin Officer IV and Jhoylie Mae Rosales-Caumban, the Rice and RCEF Point Person.
The LSAs also presented their farms to the FBS participants through a visual presentation about their farm business from its humble beginnings and how it bloomed from being an ATI Accredited Learning Site to becoming a TESDA Certified Farm School.
