DAP Conference Center, Tagaytay City --- Fresh from completing their master’s degree and for successfully carrying out their thesis defense, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center X (ATI-RTC X) lauded four of its scholars who have completed their Masters in Public Management Major in Rural Development.
The graduates’ respective Rural Development Action Plan and Project Defense (RDAPP) are the following:
1. Honeylou C. Bastasa (Information Officer II) - “Assessing Client’s Perceptions Influencing the Adoption of Regional Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (RADDL) - 10 Services in the Municipalities of Misamis Oriental”.
2. Cristine A. Galupo (Agriculturist II) - “An Establishment of National Convergence Initiative – Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NCI-DENR) Greening Project in Nunungan, Lanao del Norte”.
3. Moisa Niña D. Catiil (Training Specialist I) – “Assessing Client’s Perceptions Influencing the Adoption of Regional Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (RADDL) - 10 Services in the Municipalities of Misamis Oriental”.
4. Cheriemy D. Generol (Project Evaluation Officer I) - “An Establishment of National Convergence Initiative – Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NCI-DENR) Greening Project in Nunungan, Lanao del Norte”.
Meanwhile, the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), a government owned and controlled corporation is mandated to: 1) generate pioneering, value-adding, synergistic ideas, concepts, principles, techniques and technologies addressing development problems of local, national and international significance; 2) capacitating individuals and development stakeholder organizations in government, the private sector, civil society, academe, and international organizations to perform their respective roles and mandates in development more efficiently and effectively; and 3) promote partnerships and facilitate the integration of policies, plans, programs, and systems towards a holistic perspective, through the conduct of training, education, policy/act.
The aforementioned four graduates in their Masters in Public Management Major in Rural Development attended their graduation rites at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) in Tagaytay City. (with reports from Ms. Jhoylie Mae C. Rosales, DMO-II)
