Hon. Mayor Omaradji C. Pizzaro extends his thanks to ATI RTC X for the continuous support of the agency to Kalilangan. He says that “We should not disregard the efforts of the National government to extend its services , given the situation that we are in right now.” He also encouraged his constituents, especially the parents to involve their children in gardening, “I encourage you to make use of the starter kits, to involve children in gardening, so when they grow old they will know and value the things they get from their own effort,” he said.

Kalilangan Rice Farmers received starter kits on October 23, 2020 as part of the post training support of the Training on Rice-Based Farming System "Palayamanan" facilitated by Jhoylie Mae Rosales-Caumban of ATI RTC X. Present in the event is the Municipal Mayor of Kalilangan, Hon. Omaradji Pizzaro, and Municipal Agriculturist, Teresita F. Buhian.

Also, one of the ATI Scholars under the Educational Assistance for the Youth in Agriculture (EAsY Agri), Kelly Jane Sudario, from Kalilangan received her educational assistance. She was encouraged by Hon. Pizzaro to pursue and do well in her studies, be a role model, and to make her fellow Kalilanganons proud.
