ATI-RTC 10 is in the process of accreditation for the ISO 9001:2015 Management System. The Center together with the whole ATI Network wants to improve systems and processes within the organization so that the delivery of services to its intended clients would be better. Since ATI-RTC 8 is an ISO 9001:2015-Certified Organization, twenty seven employees of ATI 10 holding critical positions in relation to its efforts towards ISO certification visited ATI-RTC 8 based at Leyte State University on August 21-26, 2018. The ATI 10 delegation is headed by Ms. Maria Lydia Echavez, OIC-Center Director. Other participants represent the Document Custodian Centers, the different Sections- Information Services, Career Development and Management Services, Partnership and Accreditation Services, Planning Monitoring and Evaluation, Admin and Finance and the Internal Quality Audit Team. Each section/ unit focused their observation and interaction with their counterparts in Region 8.
The whole ATI 8 Management and Staff freely shared their experiences including the processes and systems that they have in their office. The group was also able to visit 2 Learning Sites on ATI 8. To cap the visit, Dr. Vilma Patindol, the Training Center Superintendent II of ATI 8 gave a lecture on Innovation.
