COGON, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY---With the intention to capacitate its roster of Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) as project developers in the field of agriculture in terms of writing a winning project proposal, a Writeshop on Project Proposal Preparation was mounted lately by the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center X (ATI-RTC X).

Project Proposals are necessary to carry on the food security efforts in the country and help decrease poverty incidence in Region-X.

Dr. Angelito Y. Quirog and Ms. Maria Lydia A. Echavez , TCS-II and TCS-I respectively graced the said event. “We are encouraging our LGU partners/ recipients to identify and make their projects relevant and addressed to the needs of the target beneficiaries”, TCS-I Maria Lydia A. Echavez said in her short message to the training participants.

The writeshop proper was administered by Planning Officer II Mr. Philip Villegas at the De Luxe Hotel from July 19-21, 2017.
