ATI-10 Gears for ISO 9001:2015 Certification

EL SALVADOR CITY, MISAMIS ORIENTAL-- ATI-RTC 10 is bent on acquiring an ISO 9001:2015 Certification. This is to ensure better delivery of service to its clients.

In March and April of this year, a series of Audits by its Internal Quality Auditors have already been made. The finding were then sent back to the audited Sections and Units.

Recently, the staff underwent a workshop towards refining the COTO (Context of the Organization). Among the topics discussed include Risk Base Thinking. Risk is defined as an uncertainty of an event occuring that could have an impact on the achievement of the organization’s objectives.

Ms. Lydia Echavez, OIC-Center Director guided the staff in coming up with Quality Objectives per Section/ Unit and a Risk Plan. Each Section also identified issues, both external and internal that hinders the attainment of its work plan. Each group was made to present their outputs for critiquing.

ATI-RTC 10 Sections/ Units include: Career Development and Management (CDMS), Partnership and Accreditation, Information Services, Admin and Finance and the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit.
