Gusa, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY---Equipping the farm operators with the necessary skills and knowledge in writing proposals and resolutions, a training with writeshop was mounted by the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center X (ATI-RTC X) through the Career Development and Management Services (CDMS) section.
The training also intended to give the participants the necessary support of their plan by building goodwill with the appropriate people since ideas or suggestions are more likely to be approved if communicated in a clear, concise, and in engaging manner. Knowing how to write a persuasive, captivating proposal is essential for success in many fields.
Information Officer III Noemi Beth G. Macario served as the Resource Person (RP) during the two-day discussion with the first day devoted to writing proposal and business stewardship the day after.
The Training on Proposal Writing and Resolution Making and later Learning Site Assessment Review was held at Harbor Lights Hotel in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City on January 29 until February 2, 2018. The 30 participants, mostly farm operators came from the Municipalities of Lanao, Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental, Bukidnon and Camiguin. (with reports from Charie Mae B. Sacay)
