CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY-- The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) has been developing Learning Sites for faster Extension Delivery to farmers and other stakeholders. As a Learning Site (LS), ATI is committed to continuously capacitate its owners in order to meet the demands of the times.
The Training on Project Project Proposal Writing and Resolution Making was participated by 29 new Learning Site Owners and Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) from different provinces of Region X. The said training was held as the “Opening Salvo” for the year 2018.
The training aims to enhance and strengthen the knowledge and skills on how to write project proposals and resolutions. It also intends to educate the participants to the importance of writing effectively. ATI has been encouraging its LS partners to submit proposals for the improvement of their farms to ATI and other agencies. Resolution Making was included so that they can lobby for Measures in their respective localities that will spur agricultural development in their area.
Ms. Noemi Beth G. Macario, of ATI handled the lecture and Workshops on “How to Write Effective Grant Proposals.” On the other hand, Mr. Roel Gayoso of an LGU in Misamis Oriental delivered the basics of Resolution making.
