EL SALVADOR CITY, MISAMIS ORIENTAL--- After a year of preparation for the ISO 9001:2015 Certification, the future looks brighter for ATI-RTC X. This strong statement is a result of the 3rd Party Audit on January 11, 2019 by TUV-SUD Auditors which yielded Zero Nonconformities (NCs) but only 14 Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs). This is an indication that the Centers are already compliant to established procedures and processes that are ISO compliant.
The ISO 9001:2015 is an International quality management system standard. Presently, there are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001.
The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
On the other hand, the 3rd party auditor, TUV-SUD is a global company who has a comprehensive portfolio of testing, certification, auditing and advisory services.
ATI-RTC X is one of the nine centers in the network that has undergone 3rd Party Audit for the first time. The first six centers and the Central Office were already Certified ISO 9001:2015 Certified.
