KAPATAGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE---Small farmers and fisherfolks in the Municipality of Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte were given recognition and importance as it celebrated its 68th founding anniversary and 3rd Agri Aqua Livestock Fair.
