Ms. Imelda P. Mendoza, RTC 10 Learning Site for Agriculture, encourages her fellow farmers to never stop learning despite their age. She says, "We must adapt to the new technologies. Being old does not mean we should forget our old ways in farming, but, we should welcome these new technologies to our practice in order for us to achieve a higher yield."

Ms. Mendoza is also the Center's partner in promoting the RCEF program. She is proud to say that with the interventions of the program and with the proper implementation of the PalayCheck System, she, together with her FFS graduates were able to achieve a higher yield.
