The pandemic has pushed us to adapt and adjust with our new normal. With our new normal, our everyday activity is different from the way it used to be since travel restrictions are in place. Mobility is now a challenge, with our health as our top most priority.As extension services providers, how can we provide our service to our clients and customers in these trying times? We adapt by being resilient.

We have changed our strategies to deliver extension services by going online and by harnessing the power of the internet and by tapping the larger scope of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT).According to Merriam-Webster dictionary, resilience means the ability to become strong, healthy, or successful again after something bad happens. Also, it means the ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change. By changing with the times by not giving up, and still be able to function as well--- we have redefined resilience.
