Echavez along with ATI-RTC 10 senior staff. The meeting convened City Agriculturist Mr. Paul Douglas Calingin, along with Mr. Reynaldo Gil ‘Datu Makadingding’ Lomarda with wife Rose Maryl of Greenminds Inc.
