The BINHI NG PAGASA program just concludeud its 22nd training course in the whole province of Bukidnon. The training is intended for Empowering the Young Filipino Farmers on Sustainable Agriculture.

Fifteen young farmer participants from Talakag, Bukidnon joined the three-day training from August 21 – 23, 2017, held at Alomah’s Place Dahilayan, Manolo Forrich, Bukidnon.

City Agriculture Office, Gingoog City--- The need to provide the banana farmers of Gingoog City the management practices for banana to enhance production has been timely since “Bugtok” is the culprit why they have decreased yield. “Bugtok” is a disease caused by the bacterium Pseudomonas solanacearum which affects mostly the Saba or Cardaba variety of banana.
