LALA, LANAO DEL NORTE—AgriDOC participants defended their project proposals before a distinguished panel as a finale prior to their graduation. The proposals were crafted after consultation with stakeholders and Focus Group Discussions that the participants made in their respective areas of assignment during a break in the training.
