VALENCIA CITY, Bukidnon---An information caravan for the members of the media was recently organized to discuss among agency reps the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF). Among the present media practitioners and news bureau include the Philippine Information Agency-Bukidnon (PIA-Bukidnon), 16 radio stations and three news publication press from all over the Province of Bukidnon.
