QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE RELEVANT TO THE JOB
TRAINING: FOUR(4) HOURS OF RELEVANT TRAINING
EXPERIENCE: ONE(1) YEAR OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
ELIGIBILITY: CAREER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL/SECOND LEVEL ELIGIBILITY

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Application letter addressed to ROGELIO C. EVANGELISTA,DPA - Center Director
• Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with recent passport-sized picture
• Work Experience Sheet which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph
• Performance rating in the last rating period(if applicable)
• Authenticated certificate of eligibility/rating/license
• Certificate of Trainings Attended; and
• Photocopy of Transcript of Records
