Invitation to Bid for the Construction of RDEC Building 3rd Floor, ATI Central Office

The Agricultural Training Institute is now inviting bids for the completion of the third floor of the Rural Development Educaation Center located at the ATI Central Office, Diliman, Quezon City, with the approved budget for the contract amounting to Php 30 million through the 2017 General Appropriations Act (GAA).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail"criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implement Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens / sole proprietorships, cooperatives and partnerships or organizations with at least 75% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Pre-bid conference will be on May 22, 2017 and the opening of bids will be on June 5, 2017, 1:30 pm at Serrano Hall, ATI Central Office.
