To fully prepare the LGUs with full potential in the execution of devolved functions under the E.O. 138, specifically on the delivery of agricultural extension services to the grassroot, the ATI-RTC I conducted four (4) batches of Specialized Refresher Course for Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) in the Ilocos Region.
