Prayer of An Agricultural Extension Worker

Dear God,
Most of the time I always desire...
a perfect situation,
a perfect environment,
a perfect job, and
a perfect life;
Yet you, my Lord do not grant perfection...
What you gave instead is a perfect heart in the midst of an imperfect life.

As I train and teach the extension workers and farmers, Oh Lord...
Teach me to be contented, to be thankful, and to be cheerful and smiling amidst imperfections.
Teach me to share to my constituents what I received from you...
As i enjoy your wondrous blessings, every moment, every day. Amen
