BOHOL – On its third batch on the conduct of Technical Briefing on Hybrid Rice Production, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center 7 (ATI-RTC 7) briefs 53 farmers from Barangay Santa Fe, municipality of Danao, this province last June 14, 2019.

The activity’s rationale is to spread the rice hybridization program of the Department of Agriculture wherein the advantages as well as the recommended cultural management of hybrid rice in tandem with Palaycheck system were thoroughly discussed.

Farmer-participants were encouraged to raise their questions pertaining to hybrid rice production with Mr. Felix N. Tubiano of the Bohol-Agricultural Promotion Center (B-APC) as the main Resource Person with Engr. Jonathan O. Sumagang, as the Project Officer.
