ATI-7 undergoes ISO Audit

Tagbilaran City - The Agricultural Training Institute – VII recently undergone the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) audit on January 8, 2019 held at the ATI-7 Regional Training Center this city. ISO is a standard that outlines the requirements an organization must maintain in its quality system.

The conducted audit determined the extent of conformity of the management system, or those parts applicable of it, with audit criteria; evaluated the capability of the management system to ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements; evaluated the effectiveness of the management system to ensure the client organization is continually meeting its specified objectives; identified areas for potential improvement of the management system; evaluated the management´s responsibility for the company´s policies; evaluated the links between the standard requirements and the management system requirements; and evaluated the operational control of processes, including internal audits and management review.

The audit was conducted by representatives from TUV-SUD an ISO Certifying body, resulted to minor findings. ATI-7 is among the nine remaining ATI centers nationwide which will be ISO certified this year.
