Tagbilaran City. The Urban Greens through Young Agri-preneurs Program (#ugyap) was successfully launched on September 23, 2019, at ATI 4H Hub, Cabawan District, this city.
More than 80 students, in-school 4-H Club officers, teachers, partner LGUs and private stakeholders participated in the activity.

Dr. Carolyn May O. Daquio, ATI-7 Center Director together with Governor Art Yap, and Tagbilaran City Mayor John Geesnell "Baba" Yap lead the sowing of Kale seeds which stand for a new hope of agriculture development through revitalizing the participation of the youth. Kale as known the Queen of Greens, embodies champion vegetable with a great source of nutrients and economic significance.

Participants also showed their commitment by joining this reform.

The program dubbed as #UGYAP is in partnership with the Agricultural Training Institute-7, Provincial Local Government of Bohol, City Government of Tagbilaran City and DepEd City Division which aims to provide sustainable and available food for everyone (SAFE) and to institutionalize culinary medicine in both elementary and secondary schools.

The said event also served as an avenue for the induction of 4-H Club Officers of Tagbilaran City High Schools. The following schools that participated in include award-winning and a National Nominee for Outstanding Young Farmer Organization, the Manga National Highschool; together with Mansasa National Highschool; and Dr. Cecilio Putong National Highschool (Junior & Senior High, and Hearing Impaired).
