“First and foremost, I would like to commend ATI RTC 7, headed by Dr. Carolyn May Daquio, and to the TMT headed by Sir Jeffrey Awas. I am amazed, as always, every time I participate in a training organized by the ATI due to lots of learnings I gained. I will try my best to share all my learnings to the farmers and my fellow technicians in my town. All I can say is that there are still so many things to do hence there are still so many things to learn,” said Antonio P. Luyao of LGU Tabuelan, Cebu – one of the training participants.
