Taking a leap, ATI7 gears for 2020

TAGBILARAN CITY – The personnel of the Agricultural Training Institute in Central Visayas spearheaded by its Center Director, Dr. Carolyn May O. Daquio conducted a two-day Target Setting for 2020 last January 2-3, 2020 at the center’s complex in Cabawan District, this city.

Since 2020 is the last year of the second decade of the twenty-first century; the ATI-7 prepared its targets with the sound theme “taking a leap, target setting for 2020.”

The activity kicked-off with a Eucharistic mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Manuel Pantolliana, Parish Priest of Corella, Bohol where he highlighted on his homily that new year marks another beginning and ATI-7 is starting it right by thanking the Maker for another opportunity to continue serving their clients and he prayed that all the personnel will be well.

Planning Officer, Merigine Otara presented the 2020 Work and Financial Plan, Target Setting and Review of assignments for Project Officers.

Meanwhile, Training Center Superintendent I, Dr. Gracia Arado retooled the staff on the rating of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) for the 2nd Semester of 2019 and remind everyone to include the targets on their 2020 First Semester IPCR.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Designate, Lhea Glory Mae Araña, on the other hand, presented the center’s 2019 Accomplishment with a positive output and she hopes that 2020 will be more productive and smooth in the implementation of all the programs and services offered by the institute.
