LOS BAÑOS, Laguna- To equip and capacitate the LFTs of Region IV-A on the latest updates on rice technology, the Agricultural Training Institute Region IV-A in collaboration with Department of Agriculture (DA) Regional Field Office Region IV-A spearheaded the Refresher Course on Rice Technology Updates and Hybrid Rice Production for Local Farmer Technicians (LFTs).
