Baybay City, Leyte – ATI-RTC 8 aims to continuously improve its extension programs and services being an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization. That is why, to further evaluate the center’s Management System and seek areas for improvement, it conducts management reviews at the end of each semester.
The year-end review centered on the ATI RTC 8’s accomplishments for the second semester and the actions done to issues during the midyear review. Staff performances, and customer satisfaction ratings were also presented during the activity. For unmet targets, the management encouraged its staff to do catch-up activities so that it could be accomplished before the year ends.
The activity was also an avenue for the staff to be aware of the new policies and changes government organizations must adhere to. Risk plans and audit results were also revisited and updated. The Center’s DCC also gave an update of new forms and documents.
The Year-end Management Review was conducted on December 3, 2019 at ATI RTC 8, VSU, Baybay City, Leyte and was led by Center Director, Ms. Hazel Grace T. Taganas. The Management Review was also the commencement of ATI-RTC 8’s year-end activities such as the Excel Day, Outreach Program, and a series of in-house staff seminars.
