Overwhelming crowd of farmers, cacao growers, agriculture enthusiasts and walk in clients were registered with a total of 119 participants.

BANGA, Aklan. In support to the implementation of DA’s PLEA Program, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center VI (ATI-RTC 6) has implemented a total of 7 batches of Training on Financial Literacy in the region. Specifically, two batches in Aklan, Antique, and Iloilo, and one batch in Capiz. In addition, a total of 230 PLEA borrowers had undergone the training program.
KALIBO, Aklan – Aiming to improve the productivity and profitability of smallhold pig raisers specifically in the Province of Aklan, ATI Region 6 launched School-On-the-Air (SOA) on Sustainable Pig Farming: Baboy na Walang Amoy. This is the second SOA implemented by ATI Information Services Section for the year 2019.
BANGA, Aklan - The Farmer’s Information and Technology Services (FITS) Center in Region 6 are operational and are fully utilized by the clients, as a result of the rapid monitoring and physical evaluation conducted by the Information Services Section (ISS) together with the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PMEU).
